THE FOUNDER & THE LEGACY
A Vision Rooted in Service & Purpose
Since 2006, C.H.A.N.G.E. Volunteers, Inc. (Community Healers Acknowledging Needs, Goals & Expectations) has stood as a beacon of hope, leadership, and hands-on community action.
Founded under the vision of Dr. Antoine D. Moss, the organization began as an informal movement of young African-American males aged 9–21 dedicated to making a tangible impact in their local neighborhoods.
Over the past two decades, it has grown into an inclusive, multi-generational organization—welcoming individuals across all backgrounds, races, and genders to uplift the city of Cleveland together
“Real, lasting transformation happens when everyday neighbors step up to make a difference. Purpose-driven leadership is not just about personal success; it is about opening doors for others to succeed.”
